7th CUDOS Workshop

The next CUDOS Workshop will be held 19th - 22nd February 2008.

Program

The program will include a session for each major CUDOS project, two poster sessions (one staff and one student) and talks by CUDOS Partner Investigators and other invited guests. There will also be time for small group meetings and planning for a special afternoon Outreach Workshop is underway.

Location

The venue will be Murramarang Resort in South Durras, 20 mins north of Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.

The resort has it's own beach (perfect for Beach Cricket or Soccer, a morning run and of course swimming)

and borders national parkland. It is populated by an array of wildlife including many kangaroos.

Wildlife seen last year include many kangaroos and native birds such as Rozellas, some possums, and a baby bluetongue lizard.

Attendees should arrange to arrive by 2pm Tuesday 19th and depart from 2pm Friday 22nd. How to get there.


CUDOS Competitions

As well as the usual Student Competition and Student Poster Prize, this year there will be a new Outreach Competition, which will be open to all students AND staff! For more information see the 2008 Competitions Page.
